Covid-19 Update

In light of the current situation, we are doing our very best to keep you puzzling. We continue to experience a huge increase in orders from those choosing our wooden jigsaw puzzles as one of the ways to ward off boredom whilst they are self-isolating – and are delighted that our puzzles are clearly helping some people through these difficult times.

With the increase in demand particularly on larger puzzles sizes which we do not have stock of and staff shortages that we are experiencing, there are a few things we need to make you aware of, including ways in which you can help us continue to provide puzzles and good service to all our customers, whilst ensuring our employees are well looked after.

Response Times

Our response times to your emails could be slower than normal, so please bear with us. We aim to respond to all emails by the end of the next working day, but during busy periods it can sometimes stretch to 2 working days. Catalogue requests could also take longer to arrive. If you request a catalogue via our website request form or email, we are taking slightly longer to process these requests.

On Saturday and Sunday our phone lines are redirected to an external call centre who can only take orders over the phone, they will not be able to answer your questions about our products or your orders, including delivery estimates.

As you know we are a small committed company which means we are all working hard to ensure you get your puzzles in line with our published timescales. We hope you understand in these exceptional circumstances, that our response and delivery deadlines may slip whilst we put the safety and wellbeing of our employees first.
