Polls allow you to present your readers with a question - or a series of questions - using images and text. They then have an opportunity to have their voices heard.

First, click on the "Create" button in the platform top bar

Browse some of our inspiring templates that will help you to get some ideas on what type of polls you can create. Finally, click on the "Start from scratch" button to start creating your own poll or use one of our templates

On the edit step, click the "Poll" option

Now you can start edit your own poll.
Start by typing the question you want to ask your audience.

Before you begin adding a question and answer options to your poll, you can customize the layout, colors and background and even choose the font you like.

There are three layouts to choose from, Classic, Round results and Square results images.

You can also choose to add a cover or background image to help your poll pop. See how we did so here, utilizing our Getty Images integration to choose one of millions of available visuals.

It's now time to populate your poll with text by crafting a compelling, interesting or controversial question with corresponding, relevant answers.

When using the grid layout, your answers can also include a captivating image to help guide readers.

Once your poll has the question and answers of your choice, you have a few final options before publishing.

Click the 'Settings' button in the top right corner to reveal your options.

For added security for your poll, there is a option to enable the Invisible reCAPTCHA feature in the security section in the settings. All you need to do is enable secure poll. This feature prevents internet bots from voting.

Once you've configured your poll's settings, you are ready to publish.
